Is anyone in the class taking part in the school football competition either playing, organising or even watching the matches? I'd like to know about it. I think we could use this section to inform the class about something which is going on at school. You could write about the results, the matches, the winners and so on.

ResponderEliminarI don`t know anything about it, but I know that every years are organized a football competitions for the students of the high-school to play with the students of other class. the matches are always in the rest time and I belive that during about a thirty minutes. I never see the matches. I don't know more.

I don't know anything about this,I have only seen that are soccer tournaments and basketball and little else. Football is more for boys and don't like basketball,so anything ... !! hehe

Yes, Alberto, you're right, in life there's a lot more, but you know, we just want to comment on what's going on at school. Sorry to hear that you aren't very good at football. You could try another sport.

ResponderEliminarI like that the teachers organising this football competition because it´s funny. Our class lost soon but I saw the first matches with my friends. Also, I´ll like that the teachers organising other sports conpetitions(hochey, basketball...) or other activities for students of our high-school.

Yes, that sounds good, Amaia. ANother idea: students could also organise some competition in the break. It woukld be fun and good practise for possible jobs.
